Questions
Commercial collections, answered.
Have a question about a specific account? Book a free consultation. (opens in a new tab)
How does contingency-based collection work?
You pay nothing up front. Advanced Receivables works on a “No Recovery, No Fee” basis: our fee comes out of the funds we successfully recover. If we don’t collect, you don’t pay. Rates are discussed during your free consultation.
Which past-due accounts are a good fit?
Standard contingency collections are ideal for commercial accounts more than 90 days past due. For invoices 30–60 days past due, our pre-collect service uses soft demand notices to resolve the default early.
Will using a collection agency damage my customer relationships?
Protecting those relationships is central to how we work. We use firm, diplomatic negotiation, treat debtors with professional respect, and handle your brand with strict reputation protection throughout the process.
What happens if a business refuses to pay?
Uncooperative debtors can be escalated to specialized commercial collection attorneys. We run comprehensive asset checks first, so any recommendation for legal action is based on what is realistically recoverable.
Do you collect consumer debt?
Not at this time. Advanced Receivables currently accepts business-to-business (commercial) accounts only.
How do I place an account for collection?
Use the Submit an Account form with your company and contact details, the debtor company’s name and location, the amount owed, the type and age of the debt, and any supporting documents such as invoices or contracts. We review every submission before recommending next steps.
Where is Advanced Receivables based?
Advanced Receivables, LLC is a commercial debt collection agency based in Connecticut.
